Customer Service

Our team is very tiny! While we do our best to get back to any emails within 24 hours, our team is only available Monday-Friday 10 am to 5 pm pst.

Sales

All sales are final unless there has been a mishap on our end.

If there is an issue with sizing, exchange requests must be sent within 5 business days of delivery. If the exchange is accepted, shipments must be mailed out within 5 business days of confirmation.

Exchanges will only be processed if we receive the goods in unworn, re-sellable condition with the original tags attached. 

Taxes

Payment of Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping

All North American orders are processed through UPS. International orders are processed through Canada Post, they will instantly transition to your local post once they have reached their destination country.

Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number.

Make sure your shipping address is correct while checking out, as we cannot adjust shipping details once it is dispatched. Any adjustments after an order has been dispatched will be the responsibility of the receiver to reroute. 

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.

Unfortunately we cannot make changes to orders that are already processed.

Changes include: updated address, updated items or sizes.
